Adanac Park is a strategically significant 23 hectare employment site at the western gateway to Southampton. Our master plan for site owners Oceanic Estates incorporates a listed farmhouse, approximately 800,000 sqft of office and flexible industrial units, and an EV Charging station. Early tenants include Hampshire Air Ambulance, Parthian Climbing Centre, Mars Space Ltd and BBC Coffee.

The design approach at Adanac Park is targeted at producing highly efficient and user-focussed workspaces. Simple robust buildings are arranged in rational grids whilst the Ordnance Survey headquarters, designed by others, remains the focal design statement on the overall site, with all others appropriately subordinate.

Providing 163,000sqft of employment floorspace across three buildings (A,B,C), subdivided into 21no. self-contained units of varying sizes, the scheme represents Southampton’s newest and most accessible trade park.
The development has a dynamic architectural appearance, employing a striking contrast between dark-grey and silver profiled metal cladding systems, and a bespoke tapering bullnosed eaves detail. Most units include mezzanine floors allowing occupiers the opportunity to fit-out offices or create mezzanine storage areas.
The development is complemented by an adjacent new drive thru’ restaurant unit, occupied by Greggs, and planning consent for an electric vehicle charging facility.
