The mixed-use building is split into 2 blocks with an atrium space between, extending down 3 floors into the ground. A 50-seater cinema and multifunctional space is located in the basement accessed directly from the street frontage.
A Section 73 planning application was approved in January 2023 and after a subsequent NMA to increase the leisure space the RIBA Stage 4 technical design is due to be completed in April 2024 with a start on site shortly after.
