Leicester Place Capsule Hotel

Planning Permission Granted
The conversion of the former office space to a capsule hotel above the renowned Prince Charles Cinema, just off Leicester Square was unanimously approved by Westminster planning committee.
The scheme will contain 230 capsules, mainly double stacked, allowing a private sleeping space to all occupants.
Overcoming the challenging access and servicing issues was key to the successful determination of the scheme, with the shared communal space overlooking the street a key design feature praised by the officers at committee.
