Boyle & Summers are appointed to continue the work of Piper Whitlock Architecture as Lead Designer by OD Group to develop and deliver the scheme.
The prominent site is located behind Chalk Farm Station and the development will form the end on the vista looking along Camden High Street from the locks.
The wedge shaped footprint presented spatial challenges which were overcome during the design development process. Unique conditions were developed to create bespoke layouts leading to a distinctive offer in the area.
Demolition was completed in December 2024 with the main construction works underway.
