Commissioned by Borrow Investments Limited we assisted in promoting their land as a potential strategic development site in to the East Hampshire Local Plan. This 61ha site would accommodate over 1,000 homes, almost 2ha of employment land, Travellers sites and a Local Centre. Almost half the site would be designated green space of various types.

Although not allocated in the 2021-2040 Local Plan, because the adjacent scheme had not progressed, the site was recognised as deliverable and sustainable and with a strong case for allocation in the next Plan.
