B&S were appointed to covert a former souvenir shop with a redundant mezzanine floor, located on Leicester Square in the iconic Victory House Hotel. The space was subdivided with Slim Chickens opening its doors on the ground floor in Spring 2025. The former mezzanine space was converted into 11 new bedrooms, linked to the main hotel. Challenging spatial constraints were overcome with complex interfaces with the historic building fabric required to achieve the client’s brief.
