In 2020 we led the team, comprising Feria Urbanism, Storrie and Momotempo, that produced a new Vision for the City of Winchester. The proposed vision was based on a huge public engagement exercise (re-designed due to Covid) and close listening that revealed some of the core issues for the city. Close liaison with the Town Forum and key officers helped ensure their active involvement and final buy-in to the emerging findings.

Rather than generate another Planning-biased tome, our recommendation, wholeheartedly endorsed by the Forum, was community-focussed and emphasised the potential of small local projects as well as better communication between stakeholders. The vision was embraced by the Town Forum and widely endorsed by all who participated. An online Open House reception in mid-December drew the project to a positive conclusion.
